Do they make 'em? Just curious, as all I've seen are glass 5's, the only glass flattie I've seen so far was a custom one-off.

Used to, maybe not any more. Thought I saw a used one at Scotty's in Fontana last time I was there.

Someone must make them. They are listed on Jc Witneys web site as one sale for $815.00.

Interesting..... I'm gonna see if I can find pictures or reviews.... the only pic they show is the generic "glass tub" picture, which isn't even a 2A..... but the price is great.

I bought a set of 'glass front fenders and a hood from J.C. Witless about 5-6 years ago. They were ok in quality, but the fit wasn't really great. I messed around with them for awhile, before deciding that I really wanted steel. The outer finish was pretty good, but the backside was really rough fiberglass that took a LOT of sanding to get knocked down.
    IMHO, I'd go with steel.

Surprised nobody has noticed that I don't actually have a flattie.... ;)

Lets just say fit is not a huge issue, as the frame will be built to fit the tub. Molded tailgate is also a big plus for me. Really wish JC had more info, I wouldn't dare send them any money without a lot more information on what they were actually selling.

Heck fire. He's spending a big chunk of his time on this earth learning to defy the laws of physics by becoming a pilot. 'Nuff said?

Not that I haven't been eternally grateful for the skills of a good pilot on occasion, but I'll stay planted nicely on terra firma, thak you verrry much!

    Go Brian!
