Transmissions- Help me I'm new at this!!!

    I just tore down two postal jeeps for parts, they have the same fenders and hood as the earlier cj5's, and the grill is pushed way out. One had the AMC 6 cyl. in it. I put the postal body on a 69 CJ5, fits good. No doghouse on the inside. Looks to be the same floor as a CJ5, but no removeable floor plate.

    "181" called it correctly- For cab-over's and most vans, of which I was aware.. I had heard the grill cage referred to as a "dog hbouse " too, perhaps incorrectly. So much for sounding cool with new and hip slang... :oops:
