Winshield question

Can someone please point me in the right direction on windshields and wipers. I have one each, one with wipers on the top and one with the wipers on the bottom. Both motors are on the inside. I know the windshield has the smaller glass. My real question is, I'd like to know what the inside looks with motors attached to the top. With my roll cage I can't use the one with the motors on the bottom inside, so I need to use the other. The big problem is it was dissembled by PO and now I need to reassemble and I can't figure out which direction the motor go.

I'll appologize in advance if there is a thread that already discusses this but my search capabilities are weak at best.

 

Sounds like you need an intermediate frame, with the wiper motor at the bottom, outside. There are two types, one with the smaller glass, and one with the larger glass. I have pictures of both types if you need them, as well as pictures of what the interior wiper motor and regulator parts look like.

I used a w/s off of a '73. I gained the glass height as well as the bottom mount wipers. Notice the motor is on the outside of the w/s. saves room in the cab and won't interfere with the roll cage.

It looks like I'll have two windshields for sale soon and looking for an intermediate one.
