Friend of mine reinforced his fiberglass tub with West System www.westsystem.com (we're boat people), easy to use and better than glass resin. He inserted aluminum backers where all the body mounts are so they wouldn't collapse like wood.

    Sparky,

Quanity is not a problem, but I'll have to wait till Monday to see if we have a hole saw that big. If not, would it matter if they are square? I can cut anything up to 4' wide on the shear and we have a whole bin full of scrap cut-off to pick from. If you prefer round, give me you next acceptable diameter. Not sure how big we go but I'm sure we had 3".

3" is great then. 4" would cover the whole pad on the bottom of the tub, 3" would work fine though.

    I miscalculated, I'd need 14.

    Sparky,

You're in luck we had a 4" saw.

Stayed after work tonight and hole sawed you out 14 - 4" disks, but you will have to debur the edges and redrill the centers for what ever size mounting bolts you have. Went out Priority Mail tonight @ $7.05

Let me know when you get it.
