I need a 2" receiver hitch on the rear of my 75 CJ and the only ones i'm seeing are for 76 & up. I've looked at a 79 and I don't see any major differences between it and mine. Will one of these work, any experiences with this?
    Thanks

The frame width at the rear changed between, '75 and '76, so no, it probably won't fit. If you have the optional OEM drawbar, your local welder should be able to add a receiver easily. Drawbars are pretty easy to source.

TSC sells a class 3 reciever thats about 6" or 8" long. Get a piece of 4" angle and weld in it inside the angle and bolt to the rear crossmember. Just be reasonable with the weight.
