Anything is possible with enough time and money. You might want to go to Novaks website they are the people who know how to adapt just about anything to anything.

The T4 and T5 are light-duty transmissions that were available in CJs from 82-86. All the transmissions available in 1975 (T14, T15, T18) are stronger than either the CJ T-4 or T-5, therefore most would consider use of these transmissions to be impractical (a downgrade). The T-5 in particular was paired with the 258 in CJs and a few Cherokees, so it could be paired with the AMC 6s and V8s with little trouble. Rather than adapting the Dana 20 to the transmission, it would be better to use a Dana 300 from those years, since it would require no aftermarlet adapter, and the D300 is considered superior to the D20 in gearing and strength.

I'd use a NV3550 instead its stronger and has similar ratios.
