    I found one and the reason I can not get it to work is because I am missing the piece that threads on to the linkage and actually connects it to the shifter.

    I am a relative newby to this site. I too thought the photo was bizarre, but fearing it was the photo of the site member responding to my question about differential lube, I withheld comment when I saw it.
