Rear looks like a Trac-lock. Don't know about the gashes in the carrier though.

41-11 is the ring and pinion tooth count resp. 41/11 = 3.73, the axle ratio.

Dana 44 rear and 30 would be stock, and that's what it appears to be. Front is welded obviously - that's a type of "locker", a so-called Lincoln locker.

the front is safe enough off road till it breaks and you are left with 2wd. on road is totally different, in 4wd you will have a hard time steering and turning and don't even try it if the road is wet or snowy because you won't turn at all. in 2wd it wont make a difference. i am a fan of fully selectable lockers for front and rear, but my front is still welded (i'm waiting till it breaks to change). a welded front is also hard on steering components.

3.73 intermediate axles shouldn't be tough to find. Here in the NE, you could find a complete parts Jeep (rusting away) and take them. 3.73 is the standard and less desirable ratio; 4.27 was optional.

Fill in your profile - somebody near your location might have some axles for you.

Going the new route, gear sets will run about $125 each, install kits another $100 each, and new carriers will run about $45 each. Remaining parts (spiders, side gears, cross shaft) will probably go another $75. The rear would be cheaper to find used, the front would probably be cheaper to rebuild depending on labor costs. These prices are average for what I pay at Randy's Ring and Pinion for good parts.
