    I'm in the process of rebuilding my Koenig winch and have it all torn down, I love the cable roller idea that you made for your winch. Can you post more pics and how does it work? what size cable are you using. My drum brake is broken off also, my winch has a cage to keep the cable on the spool but I like your idea.
