Anyone know where to get repair parts for a single stick d-20 transfer case linkage. I tried to change speeds the other day and it was so sloppy I had a hard time knowing where I was at inthe pattern had to use neutral as a starting place and try things from there? I don't know if I need to just get bushings or dismantle the thing and weld and re-drill the holes out. Ideas welcome
    Thanks

New springs and detent pills will help you identify the gear you are in.
Places like 4WD Hardware have in their D20 small parts kits.

I struggled with my linkage. I was not able to find any parts so I got out the welder closed up the holes and redrilled them, It helped a lot.

I had the same problem. Fixed it by replacing the whole thing with a twin stick kit off Ebay. Much better now. I don't like how the stock set up worked at all. This has a single hinge now.

There's one of the aftermarket sellers that has parts for the linkage - 4-wheel Hardware, Turner's, Walcks, somebody. I wouldn't recommend using the ball-end joints again (I'd try to fit Heim joints), but the rest of the parts (pins and plates) should be ok.
