a quick question

    dose any one know how much wider stock chevy or dodge 1/2 ton axles are than a jeep cj5

    They are at least 14" wider than stock narrow track axles.
    edit:
    The Chevy wheel mount to wheel mount should be around 67-68" versus the jeeps 51-53"

    Wagoneer axles are a better choice, 58" WMS. Pickup trucks are way wide compared to a CJ; they have to be wide enough for plywood, 48" minimum between the rear wheel wells.
