Finally got around to rebuilding my carb. Ended up my accelerator pump was bad and the fuel filter before the fuel pump wasn't helping along with 2 cylinders not firing...
Took me awhile to figure everything out:p

Anyways, here's a picture of wimpy last week plowing snow. Think we got 12" out of that storm after it was all over. Melted off 2 days after I ended up plowing though and its been above freezing ever since. Guess I shoulda gotten wimpy fixed up sooner:D

Why do you need a hard top to drive the Jeep in the winter?

It is much colder up here compared to florida, adn i do not have a soft top anymore. I may drive it to work and i go to work at 6:30m and i like to stay a little bit warm ;)

And to think bout now i need a hard top ;) Since i dont have a truck anymore i cant even get to Virginia to find one ;)

its Wimpy under that A1 blue body Billy;)

I still have wimpy's body sitting in the garage waiting for much needed repairs. hoping that I can start that later this spring and summer. Taking a body class at school this winter term so I should pick up a few much needed skills for helping wimpy out. I'll probably put the A1 body back on the 68 once I get the chassis done on that...

Meanwhile, I finally got around to test fitting my alternator conversion bracket. It looks to fit perfect8) Just have to take the mounting bracket off and finish welding it and then powdercoat the arm and bracket.

Finally! the days of wimpy having a dead battery are over!
