    I have a 1973 cj5 with a 232. on the head there is a port that has coolant. it seems to end right at the exhaust gasket. im having troubles with the exhaust gasket blowing where the port is on the top side of the gasket. any ideas on how to remedy this situation?

    i dont at the moment.. going to tear into it again this weekend the port is just under the carburator on the head on the left side of the carb as you look at it . Think i may also need to replace head gasket. may as well do everything at the same time.
