Replacement Shackle Bracket Issues

    I recently removed all 4 of my outboard shackle mounts in order to strap the frame. I purchased 4 new ones and noticed that some of the barrels that house the polyurethane bushings are not parallel with the frame. this looks like a manufacturing defect and I would like to know what damage it could/would cause if used. See picture for view from front or rear of frame. Note that the slop is consistent on 3 of the 4 brackets. Does anyone have a good source for these?
