Is it ok to remove the very front crossmember/bumper and rear crossmember at the same time and still roll my 59 cj5 chassis around? I am concerned about the frame moving around on me. TIA

If you're worried about it, just temporarily bolt or tack weld a piece of angle iron or the like across the ends of the frame.

Mine was without both for 8 years of storage and moving it around about 6 times, atrailer and winch involved at one point and it didn't do anything. With the crossmemeber under the radiator and the one over the rear axle you would really need to crank on it hard to do anything to it.

Take em off and roll to your hearts content i say.
