Std shackle length?

    Does anyone know the stock shackle length for a 69. Mine are 4 1/4" pin to pin.

    2 3/4" I believe...
    I can go measure some if you like.

    Thanx Patrick,

    That seems about right as I was guessing about 1 1/2" need to come off mine. Any reason I can't redrill mine and cut off at appropriate length?

    Nope. Just make sure they're drilled straight.:)
