If anyone has some spare time I have uploaded pics of the bumper I'm building. I know.......I coulda spent $800 bucks on a proffesionally made one but what the hey, I've got some spare time!!!!! The metal came from a buddy who works on log trucks, the square pipe is called a bolster on the trailers. It's taken quite a few months to get to this point because I thought I would get cute and make it an air tank as well. The pump you see connected is a vacuum pump. I had a few pesky leaks that the tank sealer didn't catch so I figured I would pull a vacuum and suck the POR15 into the few remaing pinholes and it worked!I have a couple of pics of my front grill as well. The black paint is POR15....I've heard good stuff about it so I decided to rust proof the bumper and grill. First coat looks okay but will definitely need another coat or two.

    Opinions??????? Likes.....dislikes?

Looks like Dunlop Radial Rovers on your Jeep. Good thing you live in Florida; those tires are awful in the snow..;)

There's no way you'll find something like that aftermarket! That's awesome. How much does it weigh?
    Is your engine green?!

I haven't weighed it on scales but I can tell you it's heavy enough that I don't want to pick it up anymore!!! If I had to guess I'd say 80 to 90 pounds. I dropped it off at the paint shop today.......I finally figured out that I dont know jack about bondo/body work and wanted it too perfect! So I decided to have it rhino lined like the tub to hide all my welding flaws. Yes those are Dunlop Rovers......they were on it when I bought it......the aluminum rims are really dull so I'm thinkin new rims n tires will be on order soon!!!!

Yes, the engine is green like the body. When I bought the jeep it was green and since then that color has grown on me so I decided to go back with that color.....hope it turns out okay.......
