shocks

    hay everyone... i was woundering how to make my jeep ride smoother its a 1972 cj5 ...if you have any suggestions on what the best shocks might be or work the best with my 2 inch lift .....i was looking at king shocks do u thing that is a good idea?? thanks chris

    are your springs new??.....if so it may take awhile to break them in. I run Monroe Sensatracs but many like the ride they get from Rancho 9000's........might try a search here as well, there's been lots of conversation on the subject :beer:

    Kings on a 5? man those are some high $ shocks ,I don't think a 5 could use what even the lowest grade kings could provide, I got a great deal on some Fox shocks and thay work very well ,but before that it was Ranchos like most .
