I dont think so. You may be able to move the spring perches in on the axle, but im not sure if the pumkin will allow for this.
Another thing is your rear end, if the waggie axle is centered it will not work with you spicer 18 t-case. Your ujoint angle will be too severe. Others here may have better info for you.

No, there's no room on the front axle tube to move the mounts inward.

Yes you can. Problem is you'll have about a foot of axle sticking out further on one side than the other:)

even if you weld new axle perchs on i thought you would have to cut one side out further on the passagerside axle pad

because of the diff housing is in the way of where the passenger side spring mounts!

right they had some that was off centered they came out of a quadutrack transfer case because i have a dana 18 i have to have the off set rear end but that dont explain why i have to outboard the front spring i should just have to grind open on of the passager side axle perchs and put it closer on the hog head right ?

You can't do that to the front because the pumpkin is on the way. Otherwise one spring pad would be up on the pumpkin and one down on the tube. I'd suggest you get out the tape measure and take some close measurements. You'll see why real quick. The rear does not have the same pumpkin offset the front does
